Greetings, sweet and beautiful Janice

Last year I went through a very difficult situation in life and unfortunately didn't know how to handle both she. That I generated a bit of depression. Even being a psychologist, I can't deal well with the symptoms of what happened .... Unfortunately, I caused insomnia and weight gain. I don't weigh myself a couple of weeks, but, left 75 kilos (my ideal weight I believe) and I should be weighing some 88 now. I won nearly 14 pounds, stopped working out, by a power failure and I was eating, eating and eating.

This brings me post your animation to work out again. See how you're a girl happy and how physical activity is good for both aesthetics and our happiness. You are very pretty and will always see a good mood!!!

I hope that in the second half, from month 6 or 7, I come back to practice physical activity and cardiorespiratory to do weight training again.

I have seen this kind of exercise before but I never knew tha is really effective. Thank you for giving a demonstration it could help me and me girlfriend to get in shape hehe..

this is a great exercise also called bird dog or superman if I am not mistaken hehe..

So Sexy ! The way you are exercising is very hard to normal people who dont atually used to it. But its super effective. It could release stress also. Am i Right or am i right. I have also seen your previous exercise tutorial. Though this video is buffering so much but finished it.

Kneeling alternate arm And leg raise step was so cool. Really it was incredible. and you was looking so comfortable there. Thank you @janicehung sister.

What if you can stretch your back? I love this routine I'll put it into practice like the one you mentioned weeks ago about the buttocks.

those moves are something that everybody can't do as you do them.
do you teach these workouts also or just do it for yourself?

Let me try this. I feel like I needed it for sitting in front of the computer for so long. It does give me lower back discomfort sometimes. Stretching do the trick but i haven't tried a full work out like this.

Very nice Janice! I will have have to try some of these exercises to strengthen my lower back, I tend to get back pain once in awhile. Maybe it will help that out.

Very good exercises @janicehung as well I see that you encourage women in many places to exercise your body, it is also important to resume at the time of doing these exercises the right position so there are no ailments or problems in the future.
