My goodness this is big @nathanmars, you see this stages the alpha till the omega is a kind I've always relished, I've always wanted to vlog about myself, my journey towards the STEEM blockchain, my interaction and basically how I've changed so far, the truth is you're giving hardworking steemian a chance to be who they are.
By creating a list of individuals who are goal driven and highly motivated I think the STEEM ANGEL LIST will not be lacking of talents.
I basically understand these challenge stages, however how long do I have to submit the first stage? I mean basically tell me about the time intervals, and stage three is there any announcement that will be released considering the third stage?

There is no deadline and It's ongoing process constantly improving and evolving and innovating and reinventing as we go forward.
So when you've earned your first 100 STEEM by making valuable contribution or/and creating valuable contents then you're ready create your three different dlive vlogs
and submit. we'll be creating a link where you can submit your 3 vlogs soon.
