INGREDIENTS:
Garlic
Ginger
2pcs Sayote
MAlunggay
1 kilo CHICKEN
Oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Heat the cooking oil in a cooking pot.
- saute the garlic, onion & ginger in cooking oil.
- Add the chicken
- You can now add your sayote or green papaya and cook until tender.
- I added water and waited until it started to boil.
- Add the MALUNGGAY LEAVES
- Add salt or patis to taste
- Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
