What does OBS says about dropped frames?
and of course, now it's normal again.
there were some rubber banding.
skipped frames show on the bottom of OBS screen, in the middle, under mixer panel

Btw should I increase my bitrate maybe? Got an upgraded connection to 120/25
What are you using now and which resolution are you streaming at, 1080p?
I have same connection, or similar 120/12 and my setup is for 720p, no down scaling and I use 1500 kbps. For my needs it's more than enough.
Some people said that there are some problems if they go over 2000 or 2500 kbps but that depends on various other settings.
I can help with review and check how it's working, just as I do now. :)
I think I'm at 720p and 1000 bitrate, but I need to use window capture to be able to stream lol, don't know why but it's a bug with OBS as it wont recognize the game when using the game capture
After that initial lag/rubber banding everything was fine again. I joined at about 30 minutes in.
Stream looked nice. I think I noticed you're streaming at around 1200-150 kbps. You should download/review the video and see if there was lag/glitches. Maybe it was on my side.
