Stream is looking good, there is no lag as far as I can see. Sound is ok (not too loud) and your voice level is on par with sounds. Good setup :)

what kind of issues were u having before?
after couple of games the stream was really low quality and grainy + it started to lag a lot
Have you tried to set the OBS advanced settings -> process priority to above normal? I had problems with that and it was fixed that way.
I did, it's always on top priority
So far so good :)
For me if it didn't start glitching in the first 10-15 minutes it didn't glitch at all :D
that's not the case when I stream because sometimes it starts bugging out and lagging after couple of games
So far it works without glitches. I haven't noticed anything odd. Have you checked process and memory usage in task manager? Is anything unusual happening? Like chrome taking a lot of RAM or similar?
If that's not the case I'm out of ideas (for now). :)
Now it glitched out. But Dlive main page is not working either. (and you're offline)
it looks ok to me, not really any lag.
