I'm not sure about Dlive, but DTube uses IPFS so whether the link lives depends on who decides to continue hosting the video. DTube will host the video for the week until after rewards for it settle, and then pay a third party to continue hosting it using a fraction of the rewards. So how long a video stays up depends on how much stake upvotes it.
