Ithink as beautiful as it sounds decentralisation on paper, it clearly has a bunch of negatives attached. As a community I think there needs to be some kind of safety net between us in which a mass amount of people can act to vote and take action to exclude a particular member of the community, based on some set of criteria. Otherwise steemit will become even more chaotic than it is already.
