Here's another view of an old building at the abandoned State Mental Hospital grounds. The roof is falling down here and the plants and bushes are starting to establish themselves inside the building.

These areas are a lot of fun for me to take pictures of with the Insta360 camera.
Seems that building is nearly a goner. The vines are pushing in and having their way. Just watch for poison ivy around there.
I'm not even sure what poison ivy looks like, I'm wondering if it grows around here. There are a lot of stinging nettles that cause some issues for sure. The buildings do have a lot of sharp objects and dangers inside so the park tells everyone not to enter them.
The usual saying to keep in mind is "leaves of 3, let them be"

Oh, yesh! This is what I am talking about. I love to see the inside! It looks like someone has started a gardening project! :)
I think it is really interesting how things start to grow all over the structure and start reclaiming it. I wonder what it would look like in a hundred years if it was left alone.
