I've seen these D'mania and never bother to try. I don't see the need to go through a 3rd party to do so much steemit stuff. That's why I tried only steepshot a couple of times but even not use that since. Strange steepshot can get in more than 5 tags and I believe that's a bug somewhere.
Even then, about these meme stuff, you are right about people reposting what they pick elsewhere without crediting even (not that it matters for meme) but at least I think should say it's not your creation but I think even this is not a job that steemcleaners can go after.
Maybe bernie can try but there is just too many out there and not just memes but embed youtube. At least, you should say you are sharing from somewhere.
