The Venezuelan government, announcing the launch of the Petro Cryptocurrency, assured that this was a project for the Venezuelan people. As it turns out, the Venezuelans can not acquire this Cryptocurrency in Bolivars! So?

El gobierno de Venezuela al anunciar el lanzamiento de la Criptomoneda el Petro, aseguró que este era un proyecto para el pueblo Venezolano. Pues resulta que los Venezolanos no pueden adquirir esta Criptomoneda en Bolívares! Entonces?
