To be fair, there is a reason why communists destroy cultural heritage and history.
You can be proud of your cultural background and use it to build the future without being a statist.
"Culture" is meaningless without ethical underpinnings.
A sustainable lack of culture is impossible without ethical underpinnings which mostly came from Western culture.
But i still like borders.
You mean you like your owners and the arbitrary lines the owners that came before them, drawed on a piece of paper, to claim who and what is their property, and where the property of the other gang begins? :)
in Europe this "gang-line" also defines the change between completely different languages and cultures.
It can be that you love a particular culture or the people around you. or maybe the landscape. But for instance in the netherland your have many different cultures the ones in the north have a hard time (they don't understand each other at all.) understanding the ones in the south etc. (same goes for the west and the east.
The lines are drawn by a small group of people with guns that claimed large land that was already from someone. It would be the same as that I, with some friends said; we hereby declare the half of europe ours and everybody must pay us taxes and do as we say. People would declare us crazy ....but somehow they believe that myth that because some guys did exact the same thing a long time ago, that I have to obey and pay the guy's and girls that have taken the thrown now, that pretend they can make me do things or pay things. So yes cultures exist but the borders are imaginairy.
Mostly the lines between cultures are fluid and they merge.
What it's about in this is that nobody owns me and I own nobody. And me being born In between some lines does not change that.

Sorry I don't get what you mean here or how It relates to what I wrote.
personal property rights can only be enfocerced when you know the local (legal) language.
Why? It maybe not easy but it's not the end of the world or unsolvable.
If you loose the papers of your house or the notary looses the papers would you say your house isn't yours anymore and you may not defend it?
Do you think no one who was witness to you buying a house was willing to speak up? Could be but it is most unlikely.
There could come blockchain solutions for that. Or maybe something totally different that we have not thought of jet.
People are not as bad as the state would have you believe, they need to make you afraid, or else you will not beg them to safe you from all lifes insecurities? That's how the game is played.

Remember that any "culture" you may fancy likely came about because of violence by government through conquest, control, and restrictions on trade.
The culture of liberty is one that permits people to intermingle freely without being caged and indoctrinated by government.
