While I agree you can do the same things on SteemIt, the difference is on Steemit it feels like you are trying to pry rewards away from the "Leaders". On dMania it feels like they are taking a cut and spreading the rest around to others who are contributing to building it. Whether or not you like the business model it is one I am more used to.

Since you actually reply I making a new comment instead of editing. They also have a massive delegation from @misterdelegation which allows them to spread the SteemIt, Inc. love around. Since this only happens via SteemIt's favored few on SteemIt, I appreciate the opportunity to grab a vote or two from that pile. :)
