Nutrition is a very sensitive topic, especially among veterinarians (and their patients) who are supported by nutritionists and have a business interest in selling them.
Unfortunately, most of the nutritional supplements made for our pets are not good for you, but they are extremely unhealthy and incomprehensible, why anyone thinks that many processed ingredients will make your dog / cat better.
In many cases, the ingredients of healing nourishment are not much different from poor quality, cheap nourishment, except that they are very expensive!
Usually, the first three listed ingredients make up the bulk of the nutritional composition, so now we are looking at the Hipoallergenic Healing Nutrition (without branding) of three companies that make home-made medicines.
1. About 2290 Ft / kg
Although this diet is designed for dogs with dermatosis, it is also recommended in food for dogs with food allergies. Contains one type of protein and one type of carbohydrate

- Maize: It is ranked first, even though it is difficult to digest for dogs, cats and humans. Its nutritional value is not very good for the dog, but it is very cheap… Filler….
- Dried chicken and turkey: There's not much you can do with this information, but it's interesting because it promises one type of protein in its description ... Anyway, it is known that many dogs are allergic to chicken,

2. About 2795Ft / kg
Recommended for dogs with allergic skin problems.
The first three components are:
- Ground rice: very cheap, plus carbohydrates, no need for the dog. One pound of this kind of food could buy a lot of rice…
- Salmon meat meal: The moisture content of the salmon meat (about 80%) is extracted and ground to make meat meal. Its quality is controversial, it is not known exactly what parts of the animal (sure only parts that are unfit for human consumption) are dried and then ground.
- Animal Fat: This is usually sprayed on the ready-to-eat eyes so dogs prefer to eat like that….
3. About 3500 Ft / kg
This is the most expensive and worst quality nutrition…
Ingredients:
- Rice
- Hydrolyzed Soy Protein Extract: I don't know where to do it, it's so processed and so unnatural and as far removed from the dog's needs as possible.
- Animal fat
Cereals can also trigger inflammation or maintain existing inflammation. In addition, cereals (carbohydrates) turn into sugars (decompose) during the digestion of the dog, which they should not consume at all, especially in quantities not present in the diet.
Nutritional supplements are very similar in quality and quality to cheap, poor quality nutrition, except that about a tenth of a kilo of commodities…
The nutritional remedies cannot solve the problem, and at the very least, thanks to the many additives, it temporarily covers up and makes our pet asymptomatic.
The hallmark of a "good" diet is that the first three ingredients in meat will never be labeled with the addition of "all kinds of vitamins and omega 3", since they don't have to be added artificially afterwards.
However, with the help of an expert, there is no substitute for a raw diet that is tailored to the specific needs of our puppy. Serious illnesses can also be well controlled. A well-established diet can significantly improve the quality of life of your pet and increase his life span!
