Once upon a time, there was a dopey puppy named Dumper. Dumper was a lovable golden retriever with a heart of gold but a brain of mush.
Dumper's owners loved him dearly, but they couldn't help but notice how dopey he was. He would constantly run into walls, bark at his own tail, and even eat his own poop.
One day, Dumper's owners had a terrible accident. They both passed away in a freak accident, leaving Dumper all alone in their big mansion.
Dumper, being the dopey puppy that he was, didn't even realize that his owners were gone. He continued to run around the mansion, barking at the walls and chasing his own tail.
Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. Dumper continued to live in the mansion all by himself, completely unaware of the tragedy that had befallen his owners.
One day, the police finally found Dumper and took him away to a shelter. The shelter workers were horrified by the condition of the mansion and how Dumper had been living all alone for so long.
But Dumper didn't care. He was just happy to have a new place to run around in and chase his own tail. The shelter workers shook their heads and laughed at the dopey puppy, but little did they know that Dumper had outlived his owners and was now the richest retriever in the world.
And so, Dumper continued to live out his dopey little life, completely unaware of the dark tragedy that had made him a wealthy pup.
