I spoke with Isaac on the phone a few months before his disappearance ... I told him about the cloning centers and how they control the population through R.E.M. sleep but he didn't receive it. He seems to have realized how DEEP the rabbit hole goes in his final message though. He was probably shown all the futuristic technology that Team Evil has which humbled him a bit.
