In order to register a Saudi Arabia domain (SA or COM SA), the following requirements must be met:
- The owner must have a company/association incorporated in Saudi Arabia, that match the domain name to register; or
- The owner must have a trademark in Saudi Arabia that matches the domain name to register.
If you do not fulfill either of these two requirements, then your best (and probably only) bet is to use a trustee service. Luckily, there are many registrars that provide this service and I also have a recommendation of my own - Nominus. You can find their SA domains here - SA Domains

Saudi Arabia is an affluent country and the world's largest petroleum exporter. Geographically, this land is significant since it allows easy access to Asia, Africa, and Europe. Foreigners are also permitted to own real estate and properties under local rules. Above all, Saudi Arabia is home to millions of young consumers who are eager to explore new items. This means that any form of business will have a larger customer base.
Your company's next target market should be Saudi Arabia. The purchasing power is strong, and the economic situation is stable. I recommend purchasing SA domains if you are serious about making your brand name known in this region.
