I am looking for someone who has a lot of ideas and need not someone to be the 10/10 coders...
Yes, I would say I am a good observant. I pay attention to the details and listen to people feedback. Taking example, I understand the concern of the repair workshop leaders and look into the matters, come out with the proposal and present it to my mentor, although it end up being unsuccessful given there is a purpose asking them to do so.
I am hungry with knowledge and always curious of the things around me. I feel alive and alive when I keep on learning and gain a new skills, if else I would have stay put with my FT role right before my studies. But in fact, I take up initiative to go for night school to upskill myself, one of the colleague also find there is limitation with the current role, so I actually suggesting him for an upskill, but he replies with the I am too old for new knowledge, which is something that I could not agree with, in fact, he is just 3 years older than me. To me, I believe in the saying goes like: the more knowledgable you are, the smarter the decision you can make. and I and the person who embrace lifelong learning ideas, and my dad somehow glad that he wasnt born in this era as he likes to mock at me saying a bacholor back in the time is going to be useful for 30-40 years.
I like to engage with people, be it in the workspace or beyond. I always can learn something new from diff people given everyone is unique. Of course, sometimes you might disagree, but I like the feeling challenging the existing idea I have and come up with a conclusion, ok they are right, or it is something that I can explore further...
Always stay humble, never be arrogant and complacent. I am a good learner, I have 4 certs from uni... I would not go any more cert from formal institution, instead I will learn online
