Downvote Suggestions by Whatsup

If you have been following posts these follow the same pattern. Using bidbots on post a couple of day or more later and very little to zero engagement.

I look for several things: Late promotion, lack of engagement on the post, lack of engagement by the posting account. Sometimes a network of the same voters in and out with other accounts involved in similar behavior. I am not calling these posts scammers or abusers, just saying the posts are overvalued in my opinion.

This account does 4 to 5 posts a day, promotes them at 3 to 4 days... If he was really looking for visibility it seems promoting one post would be a better approach. Also, he has 2 followers.

Seems someone is not a fan. I've delegated to @curangel so I can suggest posts to them to downvote. We need more vote sellers to act responsibly, but this are already moving that way.

I see progress. I don't mind at all that this got downvoted, it's controversial and someone is expressing their feelings about it.

He's a fan of self voting and apparently someone who made a bad investment and wants to recoup from the inflation pool. Shrugs. I'm happy he is setting an example in downvoting.
