I have written on this issue many times when hive was not even in the existence. This sickness is going on since the inception of steem. Powerful people downvote posts of minnow and others so that they may get the maximum from the reward pool. If someone thinks that platform like steem and hive are not controlled by anyone, then I must say that that person is highly ignorant.
