There is no “process”. I always review things and take appropriate action.

You can review my blacklist and see that names get removed, it isn't frequent but it does happen if I feel things have changed. I am rarely wrong as I don't add things just for shits and giggles. Everyone is always the victim and I'm always wrong in their eyes.
