I meant that Steem-based apps like Steemit
serve as a great
virtual community/environment which helps to learn English.
that's what attracts me to Steemit-like apps.
as for

I do have some basic ideas/dream/thoughts about some communities
but don't have enough resources and appropriate knowledge yet.
