@cheetah doesn't blacklist at first. It just gives a small upvote and then notifies that it has found similar content elsewhere online. @steemcleaners isn't a bot, and so all of that is done by humans... just to quickly clear up some misconceptions in the comments!

@cheetah and @steemcleaners need to be closed down or moderated, stop making excuses for them.
They call people scammers and cheaters for posting their own original content. Which leads to blacklisting innocent people, when they don't create a discord account and beg for mercy... no thanks!
For anyone interested in this topic don't take my word for it... just go check out their blogs and take a look at all the shit they are stirring up.
