Voted for Angular (Angular 2+).
Angular offers an architecture for robust applications and it make easy to update and scale. So it use typescript and it improves javascript as never I have seen. I think React and Vue are good frameworks but they have to grow to support robust applications or they need certain time of knowledge to create an architecture.
