I have always tried to make the most of my votes, but I stand to earn a little more from that now. I will still do it mostly manually though. Of course I am using my downvotes too. Trending is looking better, but we do not want it to be all about Steem. Witnesses and others need to not abuse their status too much.
I already took time to curate, and nowadays I started to do more manual curation.
But I am still selling (or at least trying to sell) my vote, but my upvote value became almost worthless after the HF21 (dropped from approximately $0.008 to approximately $0.004).
We will see how the things will go. If I get the same or better curation rewards than before, then I will definitely continue manual curation, because it would be a mistake to waste my voting power, and the opportunity to grow my Steem Power by curating.
Voting 10 times a day does not requires a lot of time, and you earn some Steem Power as curation rewards in the processs.

i dont do yes-no answers and i dont think i will until i get an account that makes it worth the time, i'll just go willy nilly as i always do , because euhm
this is as yes-no as i get and i need to save RC as this is actually a utility account
i think the new system actually invites min-maxing on curation rewards, not content, but im always the guy with the popular opinion so ... euhm, no, not especially or not yet (which doesnt fit in yes-no i think)

I don't think the rewards for thoughtful curation are sufficiently high enough to justify the extra work, even for someone like myself with >50,000 SP
