I feel like this whole "I am voting for you to give you money" mindset is set to die with 50/50. It's much more of a "I am investing in your post to see good curation rewards later on".

It seems to balance the scales well and for me, has taken a lot of pressure off the feeling I must post which is good considering Smoke is not my area. Voting on comments is also much more popular there as it means that there is less competition which means those that aren't into posting regularly can earn very well by engaging.
