Actually I'm not a fan of those killing genre of horror so I'm just wondering if that creeper you mentioned is the jeeper's creeper's. That one is the most frightening for me.
I don't know much of hanibal because he's a psycho but maybe it's fine to vote for him.
Vampire? Well I do love vampire movies so I have to vote for this. lol
