I like to intermittently fast until 2pm. Helps me close my eating window to 8 hours and burn fat. I want to try the porridge but dont know what it is. Very often Icam not able to fast because of everyone buying sweet to share all around me. Im watching their decline quicken but find it difficult to withdrawal my empathy. I have been crying from the wall for a long time.
