@fredkese Everything can cause harm. Walking, choking i your food or coffee, the question is if you ever became sick of it or... if you are using your senses to check what you eat/drink/use.

It is not said everything can cause harm. Vitamins for example do not harm if they are over the expiry date they might lose a part of the vitamins.

It all depends to on how you store it.

If you throw it away when it is expired this means you will eat spoiled food without any hesitation as long as it is not at it's expiry date? 🤔

That is for sure but it is not spoiled from one day to the next just because of a date. Bandages, cloths, etc everything has an exliry date these days. It is good for the economy and bad for the amount of garbage we already live in. 🤔

Things are made not to last this days so we purchase more. Not sure if anything can be done
