Or more likely different.
There are different (many) reasons to vote (or to not to vote).
These reasons can change, depending on the context/circumstances.
Sometimes multiple of the above mentioned reasons (or even different reasons) are true.
Nowadays the most usual in my case is my own low voting power and my own low upvote value.
Nowadays my upvote is worth approximately $0.01 USD.
