This was drawn and coloured on Krita with my GFX tablet and took about 2 hours. Below is a gif-set of my process.

What a beautiful scenery @magiccleatus - the parrot stands out wonderfully as it is the main subject but I appreciate your attention to detail all round, I especially like the water effect you have created near the sun.
