Have you dreamt something feel so real, and wakes you up in middle of the night.
If you dream about you lose your second or first molar teeths , that mean bad news around the corner. You might lose someone in your family,
If you dreamt you losing others tooth's you might lose someone closed to you (friends).
So mostly if you dream about losing a tooth that
Not a really good dream, but well it's just a dream don't take it seriously.

I use to have the dream where my teeth fall out a lot but not any more. I always thought it meant I should look after my teeth more and eat less sugar.
Sometimes when you think too much about something that over thinking will haunt you in your dream.

if i dream i'm losing my teeth it usually means I'm grinding my teeth. the worst part is I know I'm dreaming, I know I'm grinding my teeth and can feel my jaw aching but I can never wake myself up.

I had the dream of rotting, loose and falling out teeth. The first time, it was just rotting teeth. Soon after, we learned my mother had cancer. She is a survivor. Second time, my dream was rotted teeth that were falling out. I learned that my aunt had cancer. She died within a year. Then I had a dream about teeth just falling out and a couple weeks later a good friend/co-worker died from a heart embolism after I'd been telling him for weeks to see a doctor. Then finally a rotting teeth dream where they were all loose and falling out... That was my father. He died from cancer about 6 months after his diagnosis. Needless to say, I dread these dreams and always worry who will be next.
