my girlfriend has these kind of dreams a lot, it's a bit scary and frustrating from time to time, especially when it's something that you really don't want to happen :) , and you never know in advance when it's going to be real or not until it happens.

for me it's proven , I think it's a sort of protection system that her subconsciousness has created, to warn her for a danger or certain situations that are about to happen . But dreams can really mean or nothing or just very much . We don't realize this to much because it works on the background, but it seems to me that the subconsciousness is something very underestimated part of human brains and not much is known for sure by lack off decent study's .
