I had a mavic very close to launch it was an amazing piece of technology, The fact is folds up small, and can be taken anywhere greatly increases its usefulness. It is super easy to control, my only negatives where it was a little more prone to wind affecting it than the Phantom, and the way the phone connects to the controller can be aggravating sometimes, but this in NO WAY takes away from the Mavic, I love it, and look forward to the Mavic 2.
