Yes. Great marketing. It is put in place to promote spam. The higher your level, the more the payout for spamming your battle. Some people also believe that it increases the chances of receiving a payout for spamming. If this is the case, it will encourage the more established people to start spamming as well. This way it won't only be the new players spamming. It will encourage everyone to spam equally
Hey guys.. unfortunately I have the same feelings..
First of all the comment in regards to marketing was more towards the fact that they managed to get some buzz into their chats... so this I have to acknowledge did work..
however I have to say about the fact itself.. it is not only apparently but actually definitely that the pantheon does nothing IN the game.. so this was only throwing smoke grenades..
I can very well understand why many see this fight sharing as spamming.. but we are on the spam blockchain anyway...(voting bots, etc...)
Yeah. In the beginning I was here for the blogging. I believed in the success of steemit. It is definitely becoming the spam blockchain now. Nobody uses their Flags like they should to discourage spam. It had great potential in the beginning. Eventually it will be nothing but spam. Drug wars is becoming the Talk of the Town. I'm sure there will be some quality blogs about the pantheon. People will read those and realize that they can get paid for spamming and they will do the same. This will encourage people to see who can spam the most. They will raise their levels so they can get higher payout for spamming. This will cause the whales to start spamming as well. I guess the blogging part has almost come to an end. If we can't manage to get this under control then steemit is done. Welcome to spammit.
Now I am sure I know what it does and honestly I do not like it if it is what I think it is. I do not share any of my battles so it literally has no use for me. Would of been cool if it was a safe house for your units when you get attacked to keep some alive or something else instead that has to do with battles.
