When you upgrade it, it gives you a bigger reward for spamming the blockchain. Some people are thinking that it also increases your chances of being rewarded for spamming. This will promote the more established people to start spamming because they will have a higher chance for reward and higher rewards as well. Steemit has worked very hard to try to reduce spam and now drug wars is encouraging spam. I think drug wars has the potential to bring down steemit.
