Yes! I have been looking at a course on Drumeo about healthy drumming. One issue they talk about is not over-extending your limbs. It looks like your ride is at a good distance for you so you elbow stays close to your body. I think I caused myself some problems by having mine too far away.
3speak can be a pain sometimes.
I have a Scarlett 4i4, but I will generally be recording my drums with my Yamaha EAD10 now. That does a good job.
There is a drumming community you can use if you like. I can make you a moderator if you like. We have a few Hive drummers around the world, but I have not kept up with their latest posts.
