Within this podcast I discuss strategies to deal with conflict among authority figures. This part of the podcast goes over the homework assignment that was provided during the first podcast.
Please visit my Steemit page to listen to the first part of this podcast, which goes over why people have issues with authority figures. The homework assignment from the first podcast was retrieved from the Blake Group's website; it is about conflict management styles and can be found here: blake-group.com/sites/default/files/assessments/Conflict_Management_Styles_Assessment.pdf
I want to thank @barbaarseevelien again for the subject. She made the suggestion for me to do a podcast on this subject. For each part to this podcast, I will send her a small SBD donation for suggesting this topic. If you have any questions about this subject, or have any suggestions for future subjects, please feel free to ask. ;)

Great job
Thank you!
that's great reflection.
Thank you!
I think I should learn to be a shark more! I never allowed myself to be one. But you explained really well why. I recognise the different roles in my life; its one of the things that made me realise I am an adult.
The thing that really got me was observing what makes the authority figure tick. I never did that! I think I wouldn't have come to the conclusion this is a possibility on my own in the next 50 years. Thank you!
I also really appreciate the gifts!
I am glad you found parts of the podcast useful. I hope it helps you in the future. I plan on doing another podcast on this subject, but I just wasn't in the zone to do it tonight. You're welcome. Thank you for your suggestion, it was a really good one!
