Keep Your Fire Burning
The lyrics for this song were written between my buddy Jody, and the manager of our band, Clyde, for The Rudimentals. Clyde was like family to us and looked after us in so many different ways. He was a brother figure and a father figure.
One sad day we woke to the news that he was in hospital with Pneumonia, and then he didn't make it through. This became our song "for Clyde", but more than that, it was something we told ourselves, because while you are gone, we have to keep the fire burning.
