Greetings, Steemit Friends! Connie and I are happy to present our ballad/orchestrated version of The Old Apartment, by Barenaked Ladies. This song was a favorite when we'd play the club scene throughout New York State, and it is a personal favorite of ours too... so we sat down one night and recorded a nice acoustic rendition.
