π AcroYoga at the House Party - Playing with the Friends πππ
Whenever there is a get together or a party with my friends, it is never a surprise to see a bunch of AcroYoga happening.
Last night I went to a Winter Solstice party that my friend was hosting at her house. I was happy to see a lot of people that I haven't hung out for in a while. There was a few friends there that are also into AcroYoga.
It wasn't long before tables and chairs were moved out of the way to create space to play!
My buddy Carson was there, he is also a big guy. He lifted me up and moved me through some fun AcroYoga moves. I love when I get to FLY! I always love sharing AcroYoga with people that have never done it before. I invited a few other people that I just meet at the party to try AcroYoga for the first time.
It is always a blast to walk newbies through some moves and introduce them to my passion π

That's crazy! How long did it take you to get pretty good at it? I want to try it with Paola now π
I found out about AcroYoga about 5-6 year ago, I have been goofying around with it for a while. You can actually a lot of it up pretty quickly. I bet you and Paola would rock it!
@karensuestudios and I could definitely give you guys some lessons and show you a bunch of fun AcroYoga stuff. I would be very cool to meet you guys!

I want to playyyyy ! Where do you live !? Love the vibes and i love Acro! I had such an amazing time my first experiences... @stevenalexander and i actually met for the first time during my first Acro experience ! A couple years ago! It was so cool because i didnβt know anyone and you have to TRUST... yourself and the base... it opened a portal inside of me :) or day we shall dance in Acro !
