This is an interesting theory. The writer should shed some light on the witch and the ritual performed by Dany in the past. I see a thin possibility of Drogo coming back from the dead. But it would be interesting to see.
Too many things just died down with the Night King. What was his motive ? Why was he marching south ?

Yes. You see... Guys "coming back from death" are common place in GOT. We had Jon (main character) back from dead. That guy with the flaming sword (back from dead 7 times)... Let's see.
