Just make a scotbot site like palnet or weedcash but make one all about independent journalism and news and have it launch with a 24 7 news stream that allows multiple people to be voted in like witnesses but they will be the producers filling in the time slots everyday so we will break it down to weekly time slots so everyone will try to get a time slot like Monday 1pm being shitty day time TV times and the prime time Monday through Thursday evening and night and Sunday night is the biggest one thats when Simpsons would be on etc
