In steem blockchain, dust means earning from any post less than 0.02$ and these dusts are not eligible for author rewards. There is a service named DustSweeper which saves posts of being dust.
I am explaining this service from last coupe of videos. This is third video on this topic. Here I am answering 6 questions on #dustsweeper.
