It took me a lot of time to upload a video this morning as well. What seemed to be the problem is one user had uploaded a lot of videos at one time. If you check the new videos feed you will see one user had like 5 videos at once popup in a row except for maybe one video from someone else. DTube needs to limit people from mass uploading videos.
