Yeah when you go out exploring Berlin, shoot videos and use d.tube. You can add the text and more pictures too if you wish. I would use Steemit for general photography (no video) posts.
Lots of interaction on other blogs that interest you, and of course you can write a blog in English and then in German too, and change your tags accordingly. Or you can mix the language and put it all in one blog - see what works best :)
umm, writing and photo blogs - although there is steepshot which i think is like an Instagram for the Steem blockchain - I've not used that one though.
I am a little bit confused because Dtube is automatically posting on steemit, but I guess you meant posting it on youtube and then embedding it here with "(no videos) posts"? :)
steemit, dtube, utopian-io, busy.org all use the Steem Blockchain. So you can see your dtube post on steemit.
They have benefits ($) for producing your content on each - @dtube gave you about $25 for using their site to post your video.
For your blogs, I would use steemit.com, or busy.org - there is also a phone app called esteem, which will give you a little vote once a day if you post, or make a comment from it.

There's no need to use youtube these days :)
I hope that helps!
I'm actually using the esteem app to browse on steemit. I will make some research on the other sites. Thank you :)
