No, there is the possibility to come and play on the same server, In my farm at least. But there are no other players that I don't know on the server. But I can have up to 8 people working on the farm atm I think :D Would be real fun doing this with a big group! All farms or careers you start can be opened in multiplayer in this game. So if a friend wants to join a farm it should be fully possible!
