Agree, the reflexion goes beyond there is nothing "news" under the Sun about Mass Media's misinformation. Shaping the public discourse's frame is where people's attention is won. Coincidence theories would have it media only reacts to events, that there is no home field advantage. That the game is always being played on natural grass and there is never any astroturfing involved.
