Greetings again for the community in general ...

This is (day 5) of challenge. Taking advantage of my legs day at the gym I remembered the challenge of @nathanmars and not think twice about recording my favorite exercise 😍😍

This challenge is a campaign, created by @nathanmars this campaign consists of a challenge to do 7 daily push-ups for 77 days looking to promote steem outside the steemit community and thus make more users join the wonderful community. Which i consider is an excellent initiative I congratulate the creator beforehand.
