Josh Sigurdson reports on a recent story out of Florida as the senate and congress seek the legislation and ban of videos showing the passing of more than 3 people not including the person responsible.
HB7017 would essentially outlaw the ability to share footage showing evidence of mass public tragedies and force individuals to accept whatever the state claims as fact. We've already seen it get far more difficult to obtain footage of many of these events that show the actions of those involved, whether it be bad guys or the so-called good guys. Medias have been forced to pay as much as 100K for footage of recent tragedies.
This is all an incremental frog boil towards complete control, not just of the narrative, but of the populace and another reason we need to stand up as free individuals against these massive restrictions on free will and the sharing of information which one would think is applicable under the first amendment.
We will continue to follow this story. Stay tuned for more from WAM!
