We have a livestreaming platform on our blockchain for quite some time - vimm.tv. The livestreaming works very well. The disadvantage is that vimm.tv doesn't have any recordings at the moment. But this is still to come. Maybe @chiren can tell you more about it.
Otherwise you have of course the possibility to record yourself during streaming and upload the replay for example at DTube.
Yeah Vimm is solid, just lacks a bigger community. I definitely see potential there though
